About me

I love problem solving.

Whether it's pitching a new product or devising managerial strategy, I jump at every opportunity to sharpen my thinking and expand my horizons.

Experience

I have had the opportunity to intern in project/program management and technology consulting.

Last term, I worked as a Transformation Management Intern at TD. My role was to support the day-to-day operations of the massive Next Evolution of Work initiative—the goals of which are to shift the bank's operating model towards the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver products at speed.

Some other past roles include:

  • Consulting Intern (Banking Technology) @ EY, where I developed Python scripts for an insurance cloud platform and enabled customer data migration for a major core banking transformation;
  • Project Manager @ IAVSD, where I worked closely with developers like Jeffrey Li to design, build, and test iavsd2023.ca for an upcoming rail & surface vehicle conference;
  • Project Management Intern @ ESDC, where I gained valuable insight into the inner workings of a project management office (PMO) and automated various governance processes with Python and VBA scripts.

Education

I'm currently studying undergraduate computer science at Western with a full tuition scholarship. I hope to pair my degree with a second bachelor's in business administration.

Professional and technical designations I hold can be found on my Credly profile.

Interests

Throughout the academic year, you can catch me at case competitions and hackathons throughout London, the GTA, and Canada.

During the summer months, I tend to hit around 1,000 miles a year on the bike. I like to challenge myself with cycle touring; my favourite ride so far has been a 450 km, 2-day trip from Toronto to Ottawa.
